Quadrosa is led by Jenny Fernández, MPA — a strategist and advisor with over 15 years of experience across public sector, nonprofit, finance, legal, education, and healthcare. She brings the same diagnostic rigor to organizational work that she applies in her coaching practice: honest assessment first, recommendations second.

Additional technical capability in AI integration, backend systems architecture, and data infrastructure is available through Quadrosa's engineering practice.
